Our Experience

With an extensive background in Biomechanics, Kinesiology, Sports Physiology, Massage Therapy and Nutrition, James Lanza, C.P.F.I. has been helping his clients achieve their goals through proper resistance training, body sculpting, cardio-respiratory activity, therapeutic massage and a sound eating strategy. James has over twenty years of experience in the health club industry, as a dedicated Fitness Professional with the highest standards for optimal results. He is involved in community activities and donates his time, effort and fitness expertise to charitable organizations.
